If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

Our Health Guarantee:

We do not believe your puppy is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affect the health of your puppy, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian. In the event of the death of a puppy, due to genetics, after ten years of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy of equivalent value. The seller certifies that the Dachshund puppy you purchased is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of my knowledge, and has been given all vaccinations and wormings stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer(s). I do my best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. The buyer will become responsible for further vaccination, boosters, and wormings. If this puppy becomes sick or has a genetic default, the following stipulations must be adhered to for a replacement to be made.

The official report from a licensed vet stating, without a doubt, that the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the pup, must be sent to me along with the phone number of the vet’s office. If the puppy should die, an autopsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to me before a determination will be made. The seller reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of my choice. The seller will not be responsible for any expense you may incur, including return shipping and vet expenses.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer. Parasites are not covered under warranty as a puppy can pick these up overnight in travel. Your puppy will be up to date on wormings and should be wormed regularly as recommended by your vet.

What we need from you:

Exceptions to our Guarantee:

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new puppy.No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are over-weight.Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undecided testes.
